6am to 10am – Saturday 15th May 2010

6am to 10am – Saturday 22nd May 2010

 8 Weeks Road Training: Coffee Sisters (Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters)

5:15am to 7am – Thursday from 27th May 2010

 Structured Ergo Sessions: Your home on the wind trainer/ergo

As specified per program.

 

 

COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS:

 

*Bike Safety Check (supplied)

*Australian Standards Helmet

*Mobile phone

*ID Card (supplied)

*1 – 2 water bottles with water or electrolyte drink

*Some basic food such as bananas, muffins or muesli bars. Energy bar and gel supplied.

*Pump (Ideally fitted to your bike)

*Bag containing:

- 2-3 Tyre levers (these help to lever the tyre off in the case of a puncture)

- 2 Tubes (1 supplied)

- Tyre sleaves (supplied)

*Cycling apparel including gloves, jersey, cycling shoes, and bike knicks are highly recommended as it will help make your ride that much more comfortable.
