Go for Gold Cycle Bunch
The GO for Gold Cycle Bunch aims to provide a safe, fun and social atmosphere in which to enjoy bike riding while also offering some friendly challenges, health seminars and prizes. A certain degree of competence is required but there is a focus on bunch etiquette and group riding skills to allow you to have more fun in this great sport in the company of a friendly bunch! There is both a beginner bunch and more advanced bunch.
If you are after more specific skill training, the more educational Getting Started or Intermediate programs may be more for you, whcih aim to instil bike confidence, safety and comfortableness through covering the necessary skills and techniques such as cornering, braking, gear selection, descending, hill climbing, cadence and more.

Getting Started Package
This 4week introductory program is for riders of all ages who are new to cycling. The primary goal is to enjoy the wonders of riding a bike through learning the necessary skills to safely, confidently and comfortably ride your pushie. The group is limited to a maximum of 5 riders and the course consists 8 x 1½hr sessions on Wednesday and Saturday mornings 5:30am to 7am.

Next course is…
Intermediate Package
This 4week intermediate program is for riders of all ages who have reasonable cycling experience and wish to further develop bike skills, confidence, riding technique and fitness. This course consists of at least 16 hours of training divided into 8 x 2-2½ hour sessions on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 5am to 7am.
